We can change politics

The "Us versus Them" mentality hurts us all.

But it’s going to take a lot of work. That’s where you come in.

In order to make the Idaho legislature better represent the people of District 13, we’re going to need more than just people to knock on doors and send texts. We need social media pros, graphic designers, photographers, and data nerds. We need extroverts, introverts, folks who can work for hours a day, and people who can only give an hour a month.

Seriously though, we’re gonna need a lot of door-knockers.

So sign up and let us know how you can help. I promise you, we will be thrilled to have you, and you’ll get to help bring a little more democracy to Nampa.

Frequently Asked Questions

No! We will train you in whatever task you agree to do. No experience required.

Absolutely! First of all, even the biggest introverts can learn to canvass or make phone calls. It might be stressful at first, but it’s a skill you can learn.

Second, you don’t have to talk to people if you really don’t want to! We have plenty of other stuff that we need done, like texting, social media, and data management.

No! Though I would suggest you should probably find folks in your own district to help out first, there’s no rule that says you can’t volunteer anywhere you like. If you want to drive up from Florida to knock on doors, go for it! You’re crazy, but go for it.

Oh emm gee can you ever! The more the merrier. We need all the help we can get. Just make sure they know what they’re getting in to.

Believe me, I get it. You won’t have to engage in any situations that you don’t feel comfortable with. And honestly, even the nastiest online trolls often have a much harder time being mean to people face-to-face. Most people who don’t like what you have to say will just say, “No thanks,” and leave it at that.
